The Victoria District is an area within Western Australia that includes the Shires of Morawa, Irwin, Perenjori, Carnamah and Three Springs (along with other shires). While this medal isn’t dated, it was probably issued to commemorate Queen Victoria’s jubilee in 1887. The medal was originally made in gilt.
